Bible Study: Why is It So Important?

The word of God leads us into a personal relationship with God. Without a good Bible study, our lives are completely lost.  Only Jesus can open doors for us in all areas of our life.  It is hard to earn a living now a day.  As they say, “money does not come easy.”  If your life is always worried about money, how can you possibly trust in God?  We live in a society that teaches us that we must have big homes, big cars, fancy clothes and so forth to make us feel good about ourselves. If you take it all away, we have only the earth and the animals. As we grow older, life becomes more boring. We often hope for vacations and the feeling that we just want to get away.  Will this ever happen for you?  What is it that truly makes you happy?  Are you willing to live a life according to what Jesus Christ prepared for you?  What if God didn’t want you to retire young?  What if God didn’t want you to have money in excess?  What if God wants you to live pay check to pay check every single week?  Is there anything wrong with that? When you live for God, he expects us to be content with what he gives to us.  We may often feel like we need more in order to have personal security or more money in the bank.
